You can do anything, but not everything. This is something I’ve recently discovered! It sounds so simple but It’s taken a while to sink in for me. Really sink in.

Morning routines- love them or hate them?!

My morning routines are very similar most days of the week. I love the start of a new day, when you have the whole day in front of you. Work days I do things much faster but essentially follow the same routine.

Winter Retreat Round Up

This past weekend we hosted the Winter Pilates Retreat Day, which was our 4th Retreat Day overall at Freshly Centered! We kept the set up the same but changed the class themes, and more importantly the goodie bags got ama-zing!
