Studio Pilates Classes
in Aberdeen
Mixed ability Pilates: These physio-led Pilates classes are full body sessions suitable for all levels. Modifications are given for injury and ability to allow you to exercise safely, whilst also progressing and challenging you to continuously develop your strength.
Freshly Centered Pilates Studio is located within Studio Be, 13 Carden Place, Aberdeen.
The studio is equipped with a full range of Pilates small equipment for varied and challenging classes.

The current class schedule:
Wednesdays 5.30-6.25pm and 6.30-7.25pm.
Thursdays 5.30-6.25pm, 6.30pm-7.25pm and 7.30pm-8.25pm.
1-2-1 sessions are booked by arrangement.
Mixed-ability Pilates classes are run in 6-week blocks.
