Pilates Classes
Creative class sequences with you in mind
Freshly Centered Pilates Studio is located within Studio Be, 13 Carden Place, Aberdeen.
All Pilates classes are run in blocks with limited spaces and must be booked in advance.
Classes are taught by Tracy, an APPI Pilates Teacher, Course Presenter, and Chartered Senior Physiotherapist. Tracy offers a friendly, welcoming class for all!
With modifications and options provided throughout every class to ensure your safety and comfort whilst providing you with the workout you require.
Classes are unfortunately not suitable for pregnant or early postnatal women (unless they are pregnancy or postnatal classes), however Tracy does offer 1-2-1 sessions for pregnancy and postnatal Pilates.

Studio Pilates Classes

Mixed ability Pilates: These classes are full body workouts and suitable for all levels with easier and harder options provided throughout.
Classes may include the use of small Pilates equipment such as the soft ball, resistance circle, weighted balls, long resistance bands, and loop resistance bands. All equipment is provided from the studio.

The current class schedule:
Wednesdays 5.30-6.25pm and 6.30-7.25pm.
Thursdays 6.30pm-7.25pm and 7.30pm-8.25pm.
1-2-1 sessions are booked by arrangement.
Mixed-ability Pilates classes are run in 6-week blocks.
If no classes are showing as available below, the current class blocks are all in process. Spaces are offered to current clients first. Please email us directly to enquire and also to get on the waiting list to be the first to hear when a new space becomes available!
