Hello! I’m trying to be a little more regular with your pilates workout videos so here is the latest one! I hope you’re enjoying them, and using them?! I’d love to hear from you if you are! So the latest one here is suitable for all levels of fitness, and we try to incorporate some stretching exercises along with strengthening at the same time.

15 minute pilates with stretching can be used as a great warm up to your workout, or as a cool down as it involves mat based abs and stretching. It could also be used on its own if you’re targeting greater flexibility and core strength! Why not bookmark it and keep it handy for next time.

As always with my workouts, never exercise in to pain. Take your time to feel each exercise. Keep your breathing slow, as once it speeds up you are less in control of the movement and more likely to either rush it, or injury yourself.
