Freshly Centered Fitness Programme

A 6-week workout programme consisting of Pilates, yoga, and strength training plans. There are 4 programmes in total, giving you 24 weeks of training!

The Beginners Programme

Bridge the gap from beginner to able. An introduction to Pilates from the very beginning. Building your body and core awareness with the strength you need to confidently practice Pilates. This programme is suitable for all levels and abilities.

Every Day Programme

Pilates Every Day provides a new class of 20 minutes or less to help you to build consistency and fit Pilates easily into your every day routine! Accompanied by resources on breath work, mindfulness and living in seasonal alignment for Pilates wellbeing on and off your mat.

FOCUS Programme

Get ready to FOCUS on you! Build strength, practice mindful movement, breath work, and a positive mindset with these joyful sequences.
